vtuber art commission
terms and conditions
I Must Receive at least 50% Payment Before Starting a Commission
I do not start any commission until after I receive at least 50% of the total payment.
I Allow Up to 3 Rough Draft Sketch Modifications
I will provide to you a sketch/draft of the commission before moving onto completion of the drawing, via email. You are welcome to ask for modifications of the piece for no extra cost to you at this time. After modifications, I will follow up with a second rough draft/sketch and confirm it's to your liking. This process can be done once more free of charge! After that, if you have more modifications desired, depending on the complexity and current completion of the drawing, I will quote you for a modification charge. Once paid, I will complete the modification. If a large edit is requested after the drawing is completed, I have the right to refuse your modification request.
No Refunds
I do not offer any refunds unless we've reached our third sketch of your Vtuber model and you are still unhappy with it and unwilling to pay for more adjustments. I will do a partial refund to account for my time and work.
Completion date
Completion dates are never in stone unless a rush order* is purchased! If you are first in queue, the estimated time of completion is about 7- 14 days per Vtuber model. I will give an estimation on when your commission will be finished upon request, but life events and other rush orders may delay the completion of your commission. If you have any questions or concerns about when your commission will be completed, please inquire before payment.
Art Received may be used commercially.
By commissioning me for a Vtuber Model, you may use the completed product for streaming, merchandise, monetized YouTube videos, self promotion, etc. I ask that you credit me via Twitter or my website (kisakatoriama.com) but it is not necessary.
No Live Adjustments
You are welcome to come into stream while I work on your commission, however I ask that you do not ask for modification mid-drawing. When I am completed with the sketch, I will send it to you for modification requests. When I'm completed with the picture, you will also have a chance to ask for modifications. More times than not, if you're active in chat, I will ask you if any modifications are necessary but under no circumstances are your permitted to ask for live modifications unless prompted in stream or via email. If you are deeply dissatisfied with a part of the drawing, you are welcome to send me an email about what you'd like changed. I will read the email after stream. I explain in a little more detail as to why I do it this way in my Commissions FAQ!
If you're interested in being able to ask for modifications live as I work, I'm willing to discuss an hourly rate with you in which you may do so. This service will have to be paid for in advance and will be timed for the entire duration of stream while I work on your piece. Keep in mind that this will include my interaction with chat and recognizing any stream happenings. The timer will pause if I take a break or end stream.
Rush orders
- I offer rush orders to all my commissioners as a way to get their commissioned piece done by a particular day or faster than my regular estimate waiting time!
- Rush orders cost 50% of the original total of the commission, which won't include discounts. You may not use discounts on rush orders charges.
- If you're interested in having your order rushed, please list what date you need your commission completed by in the "Other" section on my commission form.
- I don't expect a high number of rush orders, but if you are concerned about your commission piece taking longer due to rush orders, please express all concerns before commissioning me so at to prevent any complications in the future.
